2. What data we collect
- Contact details: your name and email address, when you write to us or subscribe.
- Proposal and application details: website, portfolio or Instagram profile, technique or discipline, and the description of your work or idea.
- Communications: the information you give us when you get in touch.
- Browsing data: technical information about your device and browser, and your cookie preferences, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
3. How we use it
- To answer your enquiries and project proposals.
- To manage open calls for artists and assess applications.
- To send you news about Surisme projects, courses and presentations, if you have subscribed.
- To keep the website secure and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (subscriptions, applications and proposals), to take pre-contractual steps when you ask to collaborate on a project, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering the messages you send us. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting any processing carried out before.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. It may only be processed by the providers who supply services to us (web hosting, email and communication tools), always under contracts that guarantee its protection, and by ArtsBouquet, a brand of the same company, when a project reaches its market launch stage.
If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request or for as long as your subscription lasts, and thereafter for the periods required by law. Applications that are not selected are kept for up to two years for future open calls, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to casaesteva@artsbouquet.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, although no system is completely invulnerable. We may update this policy; the current version will always be published on this page with the date of its last update.
